Bill Faris is an experienced professional Christian Counselor, mentor, elder, communicator and personal advocate living in Orange County, California. He has a special interest in helping individuals, couples, and Christian leaders live “a good life with God”.
As a Christian counseling professional Bill sees clients at offices in Costa Mesa and Mission Viejo, California. He is also available for private distance sessions via Skype, Facetime, and other platforms.
Bill is also a writer, author, and podcaster who speaks regularly on retreats, in churches, and in seminars. Some of his favorite topics include healing and wholeness, marriage and family, life transitions, personal growth and Christian leader self-care.
There is a special place in Bill’s heart for Christian leaders. Having served in a variety of ministry leadership roles over his lifetime he is currently the pastor of a Vineyard-affiliated house church in South Orange County. Bill also serves on the team of an annual ten day “directed retreat” designed to deeply renew and refresh Pastor couples.
Bill appreciates the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Christian leaders for counseling and he regularly conducts in-service trainings for church and ministry staff members and lay leaders.
Bill and Robin, an Assistant Professor of Nursing, have been married forty years. They are the parents of four and the grandparents of triplet girls.
