Rick Broniec, MEd. is a writer, educator, speaker and workshop facilitator specializing in transformational work. Rick taught Chemistry and International Baccalaureate Chemistry in an urban public high school for 35 years and is recognized as a “Master Teacher” through entry in the SE Wisconsin Educator’s Hall of Fame. Rick has been honored with a number of educational awards, including The Presidential Award for Excellence. Rick has had many articles published in several educational and professional journals, as well.
In addition, Rick has worked in the human potential/personal growth field for more than 30 years as an author, speaker, workshop leader and leader trainer. Rick has helped many thousands of men and women transform their lives from an old way to a new way of being through his work. Rick speaks on the topics of Passion, Mission, Emotional Intelligence and Men’s Issues. Rick has led trainings and spoken in 12 countries on 5 continents to thousands of men and women.
Rick is Certified as a Full Leader and Leader Trainer for the ManKind Project (MKP), an international NFP men’s service organization, since 1992. He has led well over 200 trainings for that organization. Rick published his first book in 2011, “A Passionate Life: 7 Steps for Reclaiming Your Passion, Purpose and Joy” and his second book, an Amazon #1 Best Seller, “The Seven Generations Story: An Incentive to Heal Yourself, Your Family and the Planet” in 2015. Both books are available on Amazon, on Kindle and as an audio book. Rick’s third book, co-authored with Leonard Szymczak, Wake Up, Grow Up, and Show Up: Calling Men Into the 21st Century, is awaiting publication in 2019.
