Thomas Herzog is originally from Des Plaines, Illinois which is a suburb of Chicago. He moved to Miami, Florida to continue my college education. In 1972, he graduated from the University of Miami, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following graduation Tom attended The Metropolitan Police Institute, and received his Certification from the Board of Police Officer Standards and Training as a Police Officer in Florida. Over the years he has attended over thirty specialty training programs ranging from: Child Abuse Investigation, Traffic Homicide, Civil Liability, Injury and Death Investigation, Railroad Grade Crossing Investigations, and Dignitary Protection.
Tom is a Florida Supreme Court Certified – County, Circuit, Family, and Dependency Mediator and have mediation experience throughout the 2nd and 14th Judicial Circuits in the State of Florida. He specializes in mediating personal injury, and law enforcement related cases but also mediate cases involving: debt mediation, victim-offender, landlord/tenant, community meditations, and homeowner associations.
